As FlytBase evolved, their existing overview video no longer reflected the product they had become. The film had been in use for over two to three years, and its visual style felt inconsistent and outdated, failing to represent the platform’s growing capabilities and maturity.
New features, workflows, and design directions had been introduced over time, but the video hadn’t kept pace. What was once a functional explainer began to feel disconnected from the current product experience and brand identity.
FlytBase needed a fresh, future-ready overview film, one that could unify their updated branding, clearly communicate the platform’s value, and do justice to the scale of their technology. The challenge was to reimagine the narrative from the ground up through a 2.5-minute, fully produced 3D film, complete with voice-over, sound design, and cohesive visual language, all while introducing a new branding system in motion for the first time.
A new visual system was designed to align with FlytBase’s updated branding, ensuring consistency across color, form, typography, and animation language. Every frame was carefully crafted to feel cohesive, modern, and scalable as the product continues to evolve.
The story was structured as a 2.5-minute guided walkthrough, supported by a clear voice-over and layered sound design. Complex workflows were translated into full 3D visualizations, allowing features and interactions to be understood intuitively rather than explained through dense technical detail.
By combining structured storytelling with character-driven moments and purposeful motion, the film balances clarity with engagement. The final result is a polished, future-ready overview video that not only introduces FlytBase’s capabilities, but also establishes a strong, unified visual identity, one that can confidently represent the platform across sales, marketing, and global audiences.
